Between a new autonomous mower, Optimus, and a line of battery-powered landscaping tools, FlexForce, Toro was proving its drive for innovation and direction toward sustainability. But the brand’s new offerings hadn’t yet gained traction with the Millennial homeowners. We sought to build relevance with younger consumers by aligning with a cultural trend—travel—to showcase the enjoyable and effortless nature of yard work with Toro equipment. Enter mowbnb: a vacation rental site offering stays at luxury properties for no cost! The catch? Visitors trim their bill away by trying out the Toro line of yard tools from the mowbnb shed during their getaway.
